I’m 4’11 95 lbs…..so the answer is yes. The smallest girl there is maybe an inch or two taller than me but she is around 120 lbs. I honestly am so jaded about weight I feel like 145 is pretty close to my size even though it’s 50 lbs heavier than me.

When I get good training sessions in I feel 10x more accomplished. I get really bad PMS symptoms like my stomach hurts like hell and my back hurts like hell and all I want to do is lay in fetal position and cry. So if I can just try to push through that and get a badass workout in I feel like motherfucking superwoman defying nature.

Today I sparred, grappled, did a exercise circuit, worked on Muay Thai technique and worked on Jiu-Jitsu technique. I usually hate sparring Muay Thai but today I felt a lot better with my movements. I just have to work on hitting harder. I didn’t feel that great doing Jiu-Jitsu but I did one of those awesome armbars Ronda Rousey showed that one time I trained with her. It just goes on a lot quicker and they tap sooner so it’s awesome.

Yeah I still can’t believe I had my period when I trained in Thailand it was literally THE WORST. I can’t imagine fighting on my period. But I got through it. I wonder how guys would handle training if they had their period with really bad PMS symptoms…..
