Life.

Friday was good. Spent the night with my guy. Everyone is so quick to ask “OMG YOUR BOYFRIEND?”. He’s not.  But I dunno I feel like we’re in one of those ~mature relationships~ that people like Henry Rollins & Osho talk about you know? People assume that when two people aren’t in a “relationship” then it’s because the guy is leading the girl on and the girl is clueless. It’s such fucked up, sexist thinking that gender automatically determines someone’s commitment level. He has his hustle and I have mine- and we both don’t want to get in the way of that. I think that’s a beautiful thing honestly. I think it’s healthy to focus on yourself because in the end that’s all you have…as depressing as it sounds. Who the fuck cares if you’re “facebook official”. People are mad stupid- I feel like it’s because they care more about what others  think. Or they have some perception stemming from a society of romantic comedies which hinders their idea of what a “relationship” should be. I’m not sure how long it will last- but it’s inspiring me to be the best version of myself which is great.

Saturday was chill- I had a small party. I already had a party at my house last week (a big one) and was reluctant because cleaning up is a bitch but my friend promised to make me homemade pizza. Holy shit he is such a great cook. I need to learn to cook like that. I am totally Lorelai from Gilmore Girls- completely failing in the kitchen…I want to change that. Anyways, we ended up watching UFC Ultimate Submissions & Metal: A Headbangers Journey. It’s nice to have friends who share your same interests. Even staying in and watching tv with the right people can be fun because we all make snide comments and what not. I dunno most of my friends are guys. We might hit up Las Vegas this weekend for the UFC Expo since we have a paid for hotel room already. The one thing I hate about my guy friends are that they aren’t that good with planning. I am super anal about that shit- I like everything planned out way in advance which sucks. I hope it happens though because I’ve never been to a UFC expo.

I know some people hate personal posts- but a lot of people send me asks telling me that they enjoy reading my personal posts so WHATEVA I DO WHAT I WANT.
