there are certain moments when it hits me
that not everyone is comfortable doing the things I do. For instance, traveling to Vietnam alone, not knowing the language, and having no travel plans upon my arrival (as of now I don’t even know where I’m staying the first night). Hell, tons of people aren’t even comfortable going to a movie alone! Yet I think nothing of it when I decide to just up and go somewhere by myself with no plan whatsoever…and I wouldn’t have it any other way :D
You have no idea how much I admire you! Hell, I’m afraid to Jack Kerouac it all the way to ‘Frisco by myself in my car…..and I live in Southern California haha. I think it’s amazing- & I hope you have a wonderful, adventurous experience, I know you will.
Dear brain,
Please decrease the dopamine levels. They are unusually high, thus leaving me constantly smiling and laughing by the mere thought of him. It really makes me think I’m falling for this guy- which kind of scares me for some reason. Or perhaps it’s just the adrenaline talking?
Either way- I don’t want to get hurt.
